Overclocking the CPU at all? If you are it would behoove you get an aftermarket cooler. Your PSU shouldn't have any problems with that setup. You may want to check and make sure there's enough (or not too much) thermal paste on your CPU as well. 60c is on the warm side, but not excessively warm after an hour or two of gaming.
