Who was the girl on the AT&T commercial?

It aired around 8-10 yrs ago. There was a girl who leaned her head out of her cubicle, operator headset on, and was saying something like "are you listening?". She kinda had a sy attitude. I keep thinking it was Jean Louisa Kelly (from Yes,Dear...the sitcom). Anyone know what I'm talking about?
