I feel very Empowered but at the same time no different.?

I'm a 14 year old MTF and my moms finally getting into it shes on vacation this week so I decided to shave my legs, arm, face, and you know ..... But the point is its making me feel very feminine (YAY) but at the same time still a girl trapped how do I tell my mom I want makeup and girls clothes.
