What is my ex doing? flirting or teasing?

Alright, my ex and i had a 11 month relationship and have been apart for about 3 months he broke up with me becuase he didnt want to lie to his parents anymore about me ( his parents dont like the idea of us being together becuase hes 'too young' and his sister which is my best friend didnt like the idea of us being together to so we always hid it and our relationship was over text but we did do stuff alot ) we loved eahcother alot and all....hes given me mixed signals...i dont know if he has a girlfriend but he did for a short time after our relationship but he always has to flirt with girls when hes around me, always is jelous when i talk to guys, makes fun of me + makes me feel like an idiot, mostly really sweet nice and polite...everytime i go to his and his sisters house he doesnt talk to me because his sister doesnt like it when we talk...now i still love him and all and i dont know if he likes me back or not becuase we never talk you know? so what do you think i should do...I really do want him back but as of right now i just wanna talk to the guy so any advice would be awesome...also what do you think his feelings are about me ...since i cant rlly talk to him in person do u think i should text him a little? i cant call him cuz his parents will get all nosey and we dont rlly have time to tell him in person becuase his sisters always around...he said the reason he doesnt talk to me is becuase its uncomfortable with his sister... so i dont know..please just help and dont tell me t get over it cuz i wont for awhile..anyways...thanks....i saw him this weekend and we actually talked alot and he was teasing me and always joking and stuff i guess looked aat me alot and was always getting in my way....so embaring cuz i sprained my anlkle while we were playing soccer but i just started laughing and he did to maybe cuz since i was laughing he thought it was no big deal but he did ask if i was ok...i think.... also he was commenting absolutly everything i was saying, giving insults but smiling and saying jus kidding after...wat the hell is he doing...is that flirting?
