What should I do with my scratched Xbox 360 game?

My Xbox 360 game, NCAA 11, scratched a couple weeks ago. What should I do? Should I: 1) Send in my game to EA even though its past the 90 day warranty without any doentation, 2) Get a hard drive for the 360 slim to download the another NCAA on it, 3) Swap my disk with a Blockbuster disk since that company is in shambles?
