The cl idiot and clown likes me and i like him back. what do i do?

the cl idiot likes me, and i like him back, but i dunno what to do. he's really cute, and its really obvious he likes me cuz he always flirting with me and showing off, and everyone knows that he likes me. the only thing is that he can be really annoying and mostly everyone things hes a retard but hes really nice to me and im afraid that if we go out everyone will laff. also hes never asked me out and neither have i cuz we both suck at relationships. help plz!!!!
