Deadline for high school application ped! What do I do?!?

Okay, so months ago, my parents told us (my siblings and I) that we're moving and that I'm going to have to go to a different high school than the one that was already beside my current one. So then I was like, mmkay. They told us which region we're moving to, and the school that I was going to. And so at school, my teacher gave everybody an application form for the high school I was about to go to, and thinking that I was moving, I didn't give it in. Then a month later, my parents suddenly say that we're not moving. And I'm really panicking now, because the deadline for the application ped a long time ago and my friends already got their schedules for the high school and OMG, is it even possible for me to apply anymore? My teacher's gonna get so mad at me because she'll think I'm making excuses! But anyways, I really, really need help.
