My harrier has earwax. We cleaned it out but it's back and itchy. Is there anything I can buy to help?

She is 2 years old. Our vet gave us a 2 step cleaning solution to use. I will use it again but want to prevent it as much as I can. Also her ears smell. She eats fine and has no other problems to speak of except for constantly shedding.
