Uses of Real time PCR?

I did this in my bio lab cl. Thinking laterally, I would determine the different ways for which the DNA is shaping enzymes. It could be used to study different angles of enzymes and how they are folded unique in terms of trying to plot or trace a general trend which then could aid in the possibility of restoring a denatured enzyme.
