Will I loose my beautiful tiny home?

I have inherited my mothers home, there is still a morgage, and I'm on social istance. having physical limitations. However. I've cared for my mother for over 5 years, till her dying day. We have lived together for 27 yrs, supporting each other when our men left us, one, in death (father). I was sworn in as POA, and soul heir to her small dwelling she bought for me. WILL I LOOSE THIS??????
